Hi, I am a dynamic and empathic HR professional with more than 13 years work experience in different areas of Human Resources, thereof 10+ years in HR leadership positions in a truly international and diverse environment. Friends, colleagues and superiors describe me as a charismatic, communicative, ambitious, open-minded, self-driven, out of the box thinking and street-smart person with excellent relationship-building skills, a consultative style and good sense of humor. My working approach can be summarized as proactive, structured, result-oriented, hands-on, entrepreneurial and team-oriented.
